地面的交通規(guī)則 The Traffic Regulations On the Ground
Nowadays, smart phone has been part of our life. We can see people lowing down their heads and playing smart phones all the time. When people are walking on the street, the traffic regulations are no longer their first concern. It is so dangerous for them to keep their attention on the phone. Dutch officers figured out a new rule to let people realize the traffic lights. On the ground, the traffic light can be seen. What a smart idea. When people are watching smart phones, they can see the lights, too. At the same time, we need to think about the problem that whether our life is controlled by the technology.

加班之我見 My View on Working Overtime
Nowadays, working overtime is so common in many companies, especially in foreign companies, private companies, and joint ventures. As far as I am concerned, there are two main reasons of working overtime. For one thing, there is indeed too much work to do. If it is so, the boss should compensate staffs by paying them as overtime salary or giving them vacations. For another, some staffs are not suitable for their positions. In that case, the boss ought to help them to improve their working efficiency. If they are still not qualified, boss may change the positions for them, or to the worst, dismiss them. That's all what I think about working overtime.
如今，加班在很多公司都很常見，尤其是外企、私企和合資企業(yè)。我認(rèn)為加班主要有兩個(gè)原因。一是，確實(shí)有太多的工作要做。如果是這樣，老板應(yīng)該通過支付加班工資或給員工假期來補(bǔ)償員工。二是，一些員工并不適合他們的職位。在這種情況下，老板應(yīng)該幫助他們提高工作效率。如果他們?nèi)匀粺o法滿足崗位需求，老板可能要給他們更換職位，或者最糟糕的情況，解雇他們。這就是我對(duì)加班的看法。

Little Mary loves the rain.When it rains,she could take out her oiled-paper umbrella.It is a beautiful umbrella.There are yellow fishes and blue men and red houses painted on it.

The rain fell on the umbrella and made soft noises on her umbrella.It seemed as if the blue men and the yellow fishes were talking to her.The rain was their voices.

After I read the news, I felt very excited. Lei Feng was a good example all the young people in our
country learned from in the 1960s and 1970s. But these years people seem to have given up the ideas of Lei Feng. they don't care about public interests and never think for others. All these have done GRE at harm to the society.
Now, we students have realized the seriousness of the problem, and have decided to learn from Lei Feng. We are glad that Lei Feng has come back again.

勿以貌取人 Don't judge a book by its cover
Many people, sometimes myself included, tend to judge a person by his appearances.
I was afraid of my uncle who has a scared tattoo on his arm till my mother told me a “story”. When I was a three-year-old naught boy, I always ran around the neighborhood with my toy saber. Unfortunately, one day I hit a wild dog by accident. The dog became crazy and tried to bite me. It was that time my uncle appeared and protected me with his strong arm. However, this accident left a scar on his arm. My uncle went to get a tattoo in order to cover up the scars. From that moment, he is my hero in stead of a bad looking uncle.
So we need to go beyond people's looks and focus on more internal spirits in order to truly judge a person.
